At an exciting stage in the business, they have created a new role and are looking to hire a stellar Country Manager to lead and accelerate growth in the Canadian market. The Country Manager will have the opportunity to shape strategy, marketing, e-commerce, and B2B expansion in Canada. Working initially as a one person team in Canada you will have global resources at your fingertips to ensure not just your success but that of the business. About the Role
As Country Manager, Canada, you’ll be the driving force behind the company’s growth and market presence across Canada. You’ll lead the go-to-market strategy, oversee financial performance, and work closely with both North American and global teams to execute initiatives that make a measurable impact.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute efficiently, and build meaningful relationships with partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Canadian business plan, aligned with regional and global objectives.
Manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities across marketing, e-commerce, and B2B channels.
Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and retail accounts.
Collaborate with the global marketing teams and resources to shape and execute campaigns across PR, digital, brand, and performance channels.
Manage the Canadian PR agency and local initiatives to increase brand visibility.
Lead presence at trade shows, consumer events, and educational conferences.
Partner with content and product teams to tailor offerings for the Canadian audience.
Oversee operational and supply chain collaboration to ensure smooth market delivery.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor strategies to inform growth decisions.
Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing Canadian team.
About You
8+ years’ experience in a senior commercial or marketing role, ideally within a fast-growth or consumer brand.
Deep understanding of Canadian consumer behavior and retail landscape.
Proven track record driving business development, marketing, and e-commerce success.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and P&L.
Data-driven, analytical thinker with strategic insight.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with partnerships across brands, retailers, and content creators.
Bilingual (English/French) a strong plus.
Passion for audio, technology, and family-focused products.
Creative, agile, and comfortable in a fast-moving, global organization.
